Group Fitness Coordinator
Pilates Reformer/Group Ex Instructor
As a trained ballet dancer, fitness comes naturally. Ballet instilled discipline and strength, both physically and mentally and, more importantly, has given me a love for the art. I am dedicated to constantly improve and strive for perfection. My fitness journey began in 2007 shortly after being introduced to Pilates, where I fell in love with the core strength and total body conditioning exercises. Eager to learn more from that point on, my exploration led me to pursue other certifications including Barre & Reformer Pilates.
“People will judge you no matter what you do in life. As long as you are happy and confident in yourself, that’s all that matters. Stay inspired and find your inner peace.”
